ABOUT ME
MY WAY
Before becoming self-employed, I worked for 20 years in medium-sized companies in a wide variety of management functions, 10 of which were in management positions (sales management, country management, executive management, site management).
Conflicts, power struggles, inefficiencies and layoffs were found everywhere. Very often caused by a lack of appreciation, poor or insufficient communication or the lack of will to seriously and constructively deal with the different interests and underlying motives.
Thus, over the years, the need arose in me to eliminate these, in my view, often unnecessary conflicts and to support companies in recognizing problematic constellations at an early stage and avoiding the negative consequences.

My concern is to get to the bottom of things together with my clients in order to uncover everything that can lead to conflicts in an organization and to work out solution-oriented progress.
In doing so, I not only incorporate my knowledge and broad life and management experience from numerous smaller and larger companies into my coaching and consulting services, but also use methods based on clear analyses such as culture measurement according to Barrett Analytics, the approach of appreciative communication or systemic mediation.

In my coaching, I enable managers and leaders to shift the focus from rationality more to emotions and from performance to relationship building.
This does not mean that analytical thinking and performance are not important. They are just not everything, they are an integral part of the whole picture. Success today requires more.
