Value-oriented leadership and communication
as a contribution to the success of a company
Are values overvalued?
No! They are worthless if they are not lived.
People have a basic need for perception and appreciation as well as respect and trust - in short, humanity. This applies to every interpersonal relationship and thus also to leadership. Trust only arises when people do not play a role, but live and act according to their values.
That's why it's important to reconcile the values of employees and managers. Because if this is not the case, it can be a real "sense killer" for many and a reason to quit.
Empathic and clear communication that prevents many conflicts - and value-based leadership are the future.
Value-oriented leadership as a success factor:
EASIER RECRUITING

Greater employee loyalty
Greater loyalty through an appreciative approach that leads to greater satisfaction among employees.
Lower costs
Significant cost reduction due to no layoffs and unnecessary headhunter costs.
More authenticity
More authenticity as a leader through a clear, transparent and appreciative leadership style.
STRONGER corporate culture
Improved corporate culture through your role model function as a manager, which has a lasting impact on cooperation within the company.
value-oriented leadership
Improve leadership skills
In executive coaching, you learn to become more connected to yourself and thus to others, thereby improving your leadership skills. You will also learn to develop mindfulness, to rethink your inner attitude, to sharpen your value awareness and to promote your authenticity and thus effectiveness.
My mission
Increase your effectiveness
My goal is to work with you to develop a leadership style that matches your personality, to use appreciative communication to increase your effectiveness as a leader, and thus to have a lasting positive impact on the corporate culture and ultimately on the success of the company.
Satisfied EMPLOYEES
Leading by example
If you know what is important to you and what your values are, you can convey this through your behavior and with your language - and live and act as a leader according to your inner convictions. It doesn't matter whether you are a junior manager or already have a great deal of experience.
Values and appreciation
My approach
I support managers in developing a human leadership and communication style characterized by values and appreciation, so that employees are more satisfied and highly committed, which ultimately translates into higher performance. Above all, it is important to me to raise awareness among business leaders to be mindful not only of their own emotions and needs, but also to treat their employees empathetically and authentically. That creates a sense of connection.
The basis of my work is value measurement with Barrett Analytics (leadership values, personal values and comparison of one's own leadership values with the assessment of employees, colleagues and customers by means of 360-degree feedback). Based on this, I apply methods from positive psychology, intuitive communication and appreciative (non-violent) communication.
